My wife and I are incredibly thankful to Nicky for her dedication, and support. Thanks to her, I am now the proud owner of 14 Milenio Crescent. Throughout the entire process, Nicky was there to guide us and answer all our questions very promptly, her expertise didn't stop at the purchase phase; she seamlessly transitioned into assisting us with the build process. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything went smoothly made the entire experience stress-free.

We purchased a new build through Oakland Group, being first time homeowners, we have had a great experience. I have loved watching the building from foundation to almost complete, it felt like it went by so quickly. Very impressed with their quality of workmanship, professionalism and easy to deal with. We are very excited to be moving into our new house, I still can’t believe it is ours! They are very modern and spacious, and we are sure will bring us much joy. Thank you to Nicky and her team!

We have lived in quite a few homes and feel the Uno Duo Apartment is by far the best because of the architectural design, it is easy to live in and we feel safe living here. The carpark is very secure and we have a lovely outlook onto the grassed Atrium, it has a lovely community feel about it – unusual in a big City. Public Transport, Countdown supermarket and the Ponsonby shops are only a 2 minute walk away. We bought it off the plans and we are very happy with the quality of the building and fittings.
